Hi everyone,

It seems very boring to be adhyatmik (Spiritual).... isn't it? At least I used to think so and may be many of us too. That is the reason most of us do not explore this dimension at the very young age, and later on, when life situations becomes out of our control, then we hesitantly say Ok.... lets give it a try, when everything else is not working it might work. This is the story of maximum people who turned spiritual, off course this is not a good reason to be spiritual but our logical mind do not surrender very easily and it requires  a test for every thing.
Ok... So what is being spiritual..? I think we can understand it by its hindi meaning which is 'Adhyatmik', which literally means study of self. It is not anywhere related to religion. So if you want to study your self then first you should forget your religion and all other fake identities or labels. then question arises why should I study my self...? So lets understand it in this way that many of us can operate our laptop very well but we can not fix its hardware or software related problem unless we have studied it.... isn't it? So to repair your laptop you need to study it then can we repair all our problems without study our self...??
Every person is different in many ways and only you can know your self better then anyone else so whatever is written about spiritualism is of no significance unless you start study yourself, off course you can use all these written materials as reference point to check whether you are going on a right direction or not, but that only when your first start observing and start studying your self but not from out side but from within.
So what does it mean from within....?
From out side we know that we have a body, which is a face, limbs, stomach, genitals etc. and also internal organs such as heart, kidney, lever etc. and we also have experiences of our emotions very visibly such as anger, love, hatred etc., and we all know that we have a mind too. So body we know very clearly and Emotions we know very clearly but how we know that we have a mind...? we know it through our thoughts... right..?
The only way to know that we have a mind is through our thoughts.
Adhyatma is the process by which you can realize yourself (not because others are telling you but by yourself) that there is one more state of your being which is beyond your body, mind and emotions, which we can call true self or 'ATMA'.
We will explore this beautiful dimension of ourself through this blog further so keep in touch... :-)
